If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in original condition with all parts, accessories, and documents (manuals, invoice, etc.) enclosed. Restocking fees may be assessed.* There will be a minimum of $5.00 USD deducted from your refund amount if any contents are missing and/or damaged.
  • All shipping and duties/customs fees outside the original product purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable. Refunds will be issued for merchandise only. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.**
  • Clearance/Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except for those due to manufacturing defects.
  • Gift cards and coupons are non-refundable.
  • Shipping and handling for returns due to manufacturing defects will be covered by Patchworks.
  • Please be aware that returns on international purchases may incur very expensive shipping costs, and so should be considered carefully before placing an order.
  • We highly recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods for returns as we cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged on return shipping. Please provide the tracking number for your return to the customer service representative handling your claim via email.

**Prepaid Shipping Labels and Return Shipping Fees:

We do not supply prepaid return shipping labels. All return shipping labels provided will be unpaid, and shipping costs will only be refunded when returns are determined to be the result of a defect or error on the part of Patchworks (meaning items damaged in shipping and damage caused by the customer are excluded).

Circumstances under which shipping will NOT be refunded include:

Return Reason - Item defective or doesn’t work; shipping will not be refunded when returned unit is determined non-defective upon inspection.
