Free US Domestic Standard Shipping: We offer USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping for all domestic orders, which we ship out within US all 50 states and US territories including Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

International Shipping: Delivery may take between 7 ~ 30 business days, depending on customs inspection process. All customs duties and tariffs charged by local customs office are at buyer's cost.

*The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Hamee US, Corp. has no control over these charges, nor can Hamee US, Corp. predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

* All International Orders are final and non-refundable due to high cost of return. Defective items will be replaced free of charge, only if reported within 30 days of purchase date.  Warranty services does not cover shipping fees for international or domestic orders.

* Items cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours after check out is completed. 

Orders placed after 4PM (PST) Friday, on the weekend, or during the holidays will be shipped the next business day.
