Free US Domestic Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes between 2 ~ 7 business days for US Domestic First-Class Package.
First-Class International Shipping: Delivery may take between 7 ~ 30 days, depending on custom inspection process. All custom duties and tariffs charged by local custom office are at buyer's cost.

* All International Orders are final and non-refundable due to high cost for return. Defect items will be replaced at free of charge, only if reported within 30 days from purchase date. No warranty is applied to international orders due to high cost of shipping rate, unless customers pay for international shipping cost.
* FedEX, DHL, and UPS shipping cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.
* Shipping to some countries with undesirably high handling fee such as shipping, Tariff, and Duty Rate, maybe cancelled and refunded upon notification to the customer. (Greece)
All shipments will be made within 24 hours after check out is completed.
Orders placed after 4PM (PST) Friday, on the weekend, or during the holidays will be shipped the next business day.

All Patchwork's genuine products, exclusively sold and purchased within the United States Territories, including any US-based online stores, are eligible for lifetime warranty subject to conditions below:
- Only the same product you originally purchased is eligible for warranty application.
- Warranty application for new items must be submitted to email@example.com for an approval.
- Required information and file attachments: (copy this list to your email for warranty application)
- Personal Information: Name. Email, and Shipping Address
- Date and Place of Purchase: Ex) patchworks.us, on/offline retail shop with business name, Amazon, Ebay, and etc.
- Description of how your item was damaged: Your honest explanation of how your item is damaged helps us improve our products.
- Evidence of Purchase and Damage: Serial number with hologram sticker of originality (it is recommended to keep this evidence in legible image file by taking close-up photo), 1~3 clear, detailed photos of your item (This is critically important information for us to review your warranty case for approval).
Processing fee will be applied:
- All exchanged items under this warranty maybe packaged in online package. Online packaged items are all brand new and does not include refurbished items.
- Only one warranty application per serial number is allowed. your approved, new item will have a new serial number eligible for another possible lifetime warranty.
- Processing time from receiving your application to shipment may take up 2 ~5 business days.
- Discontinued products may not be available for warranty exchange. Please inquire about availability if your item is more than one year old.
- International Orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for warranty due to high cost of international shipping, unless the customer is willing to pay for international shipping cost.
Returns and Exchange
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return the products to us within 30 days from your purchase date subject to conditions below for refund or exchange:
- Prior to shipping for return, please contact us through “Contact” menu and select “Return and Exchange” option on the first question. Your reason for return or any kind of feedback is very important for us to make better products.
- Your products must be purchased directly from Patchworks Online Shop at patchworks.us. Return of purchase from any other online or offline retail shops must be inquired at the original purchasing sites.
- All returned items must be in the original condition with all parts, contents and documents(manuals, invoice, etc.) in the package upon our receipt of returned shipment. There will be a minimum of $5.00 charge deducted from your refund amount if there is any of content missing.
- All charges related shipping and duty other than the original price of products will be deducted from the refund amount if there is any. Solely the price of your purchased item(s) will be refunded.
- Return shipping is at buyer’s cost.
- Purchase of clearance items is not refundable unless for product defects.
- Gift cards or coupons are not refundable.
- For any product defects, we will be responsible for shipping cost for return.
- Please be aware that international purchases should be made with care and cautions since international return cost may be very expensive for individual buyers.
We highly recommend using insured, trackable shipping for returns as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items on return shipping. Please provide us, via email, the tracking number as soon as it’s available.
