If you are not fully satisfied with our product(s), you may return the product(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Any manufacturer imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Once submitted, please allow 24 hours for our Customer Service Team to review your request and provide instructions for return/replacement.
Requirements for Returns:
- Must have a valid purchase order number provided by Patchworks. (All purchase made outside of www.patchworks.us must contact their seller on their platform)
- Any replacement or exchange is only valid for same product(s) purchase.
- Returns must be shipped 100% complete in original condition, including box, packaging material, and accessories provided by the manufacturer or any missing items will be subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost if the reason for return isn't quality related or Patchworks will be responsible for any defective product(s) return shipping.
- We recommend adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return item(s) is delivered safely. Patchwork is not responsible for any lost or damaged items on return shipping. Please provide us the tracking number when available via email.
- Gift cards or coupons are not refundable.
- Customer will only be given a product refund. Shipping & handling fee will NOT be refunded.
- ALL SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, and/or warranties.
Patchworks offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Patchworks products. Patchworks products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Certain Patchworks products may have different warranties, which will be stated in the warranty policy.
Patchworks Limited Lifetime Warranty is only valid for products that are considered defects. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear, and tear, etc. caused by the buyer are not covered under this warranty.
Patchworks Limited Lifetime Warranty will include ONE replacement per order and do not include shipping & handling fee. All replacement items under this warranty may be packaged in a brand new online package. Online packages are not repackaged, reconditioned, or refurbished units, but brand new products for a non-retail store.
Patchworks reserve the right to replace, repair, and recondition products at Patchworks' sole discretion. If the product under warranty is discontinued, Patchworks reserves the right to replace the discontinued product with a similar or better product at Patchworks discretion.
